Meeting Florence was a gift from the Universe. I was coming out of a divorce, I had put on 4kg in about 4 months, and I was looking for a way to lose weight, as well as a way to feel better about myself and my overall health. Florence knew exactly how to guide me! In only a couple months, not only had I lost all of the weight, but I had put in place a new way of living that was centred on loving and respecting myself as I am. I am extremely grateful to Florence for her dedication to her patients and students. Her inner beauty shines through in everything she does, helping all those who cross her path.
